NETA Annual Scholarship 2026

Each year the New England Transfer Association awards up to six $1000 scholarships to regional transfer students.

Benefits

 up to six $1000 scholarships to regional transfer students.

Requirements

•  Have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.25

•  Be eligible to receive an Associate’s degree during the 2025-2026 academic year

•  Transfer from a regionally accredited two-year New England college or University to a regionally accredited New England College or University in either the spring or fall semester of 2026. 

•  Successfully complete 30 credits from the sending New England institution.

Application Deadline

How To Apply

A complete application will include:

• An application form 

• A minimum 250-word essay answering the prompt "How will continuing your education support your personal, academic, or career goals?" 

• Copies of unofficial college transcripts from all institutions attended

Letters of recommendation are optional, but strongly encouraged.  Please submit your application by the deadline of 11:59 pm EST Sunday, March 20th, 2026.

*Winners will be asked to provide a 30-second thank you message to be shared with donors.
