Recipients of the GROW-You Scholarship will receive:

• Financial Support: Assistance of up to $6,500 with tuition and fees to alleviate financial burdens.
• Advising and Mentorship: Personalized academic advising and mentorship to help students navigate their educational journey and career planning.
• Exclusive Workshops and Events: Access to specialized workshops and networking events focused on professional development and career readiness.
• Academic Resources: Enhanced access to tutoring, library resources, and other academic support services.

Requirements

To be eligible for the GROW-You Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Residency: Must be a Springfield Resident
• Commitment to Program: Demonstrate a commitment to completing the chosen program. (Educational Studies, Psychology, or Drug Addiction Counseling)
• Accreditation: Must have 60 credits and/or a completed Associates degree for the Educational Studies or Psychology programs. No prior credits are necessary for the Drug Addiction Counseling Program.
• Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
• Inquiry Form: Submit a completed inquiry form.
