Film scholarship at Augustana College 2026

Augustana College awards scholarships each year to first-year and transfer students who participate in our film program. Film scholarships award up to $2,000 annually. To renew, students must take a film class every year. Students do not need to major or minor in film in order to qualify.

Note: Current Augustana students are not eligible to apply for new scholarships.

The scholarship requires an application, links to completed videos and an in-person or virtual interview. As part of their applications, students are asked to attach a résumé detailing their video/film works completed to date

Registration opens at the beginning of the school year. The final deadline for applications is March 15.

2. Submit an artist’s resumé.
   1. Your resumé should outline video/film works completed to date, including credited role(s) on those videos and/or a description of specific work performed on each production and/or film production related experience.
   2. Share links to completed videos outlined on resumé.
3. Attend an in-person interview. To request an interview after application materials have been submitted, email [email protected].

Virtual:
