We will have a scholarship committee determine the winner of the award. Matlin Injury Law will not allow age, race, religion, gender, national origin, familial status, or other protected classes to influence the scholarship committee's decision. We will announce the winner of our scholarship via email, an announcement on Matlin Injury Law's blog, and a press release. Once we have selected a recipient, we will mail the scholarship directly to your college or university. We will reach out for instructions for mailing the check once we have determined a winner. Our firm reserves the right to contact the winner for any additional information needed to confirm their enrollment status and academic standing.
