The Knight-Hennessy Scholarship funds up to three years of study in any graduate program at Stanford University, including PhDs and professional degrees (MD, JD, MBA, etc.) Scholars are also given access to a broad range of leadership development activities. Applicants must apply separately for admission to Stanford.
The scholarship covers all tuition, fees, living and academic expenses, travel, and enrichment activities (e.g. conference travel) for up to three years of graduate study, depending on the length of the program.
Scholars participate in professional development, including workshops, lectures, projects, and fully-funded experiences intended to develop them as leaders in their respective fields.
Scholars also gain access to a strong alumni network and ongoing opportunities for networking, collaboration, and advancement.
Applicants must be graduating seniors or recent Duke alumni who graduated in the past seven years. Eligibility is open to all nationalities.
