Conway/Proetz Scholarship in Art at Washington University in St. Louis 2025

The Fred Conway Scholarship and the Esther & Arthur Proetz Scholarship recognize superior artistic and academic performance. WashU’s College of Art offers the Conway Scholarship or Proetz Scholarship, in alternate years, to an entering first-year student.

Requirements

Each College of Art applicant who submits a digital portfolio containing 10-20 pieces will be considered.

How To Apply

• Select the College of Art as the Academic Division on your application for admission to the Class of 2030.
• Submit a digital portfolio, consisting of 10-20 pieces of recent work such as drawings, two- and three-dimensional pieces including sculpture and architecture, paintings, photographs, illustrations, videos, storyboards, websites, fashion design, or other types of relevant work in art or design.
