Benefits

• Earn $22.70 to $27.70 per hour for 400 hours during the ten-week internship.
• Receive a laptop to support work throughout the program.
• Visa sponsorship is provided for international participants to work in the USA.
• Gain practical experience in finance, innovation, and global development.
• Prepare for the Junior Analyst role, a one-year renewable position for top-performing interns.
• Work in Washington, DC, from 1 June to 9 August 2027.

Requirements

We ask that all applicants meet the following core eligibility requirements to be consistent with the program’s goals. Applicants must have these core requirements to be considered.

• Must be enrolled in the second-to-last year of the equivalent of a four-year college degree program with a demonstrated interest in finance, business, economics, or a related field;
• Must be prepared to graduate with the equivalent of a four-year college degree between December 2027 and September 2028;
• Must be in good academic standing at their college or university;
• Must be available full-time through the duration of the internship;
• Must not have a concurrent employment contract or internship.

Any candidate who is found to have misrepresented their application may be disqualified or terminated.

Selection Process

• All completed applications submitted on time through the application portal will be reviewed by the recruitment committee.
• Successful applicants may be asked to complete a remote test.
• A select few will be invited to interview with the committee.
• All applicants will be notified of the result by December.
