When a child is raised in foster care, he or she often faces immense adversity and must develop resilience and adaptability in order to overcome the various challenges they may face. The Whitlock Law Hope and Opportunity Scholarship is designed to celebrate and support these resilient individuals as they transition into higher education.
Our scholarship is worth $1,500 and is o?ered to those who grew up in foster care and are now pursuing a college degree. Our goal is to empower these individuals to tell their stories and share how growing up in foster care impacted their lives.
