The National Academy of Education (NAEd) awards up to 28 postdoctoral scholars for 1-2 years of research relevant to the improvement of education. Also sponsored by The Spencer Foundation, fellows will be funded for 1 academic year of research or 2 contiguous years, working half-time. The program also develops the careers of its recipients through professional development activities involving NAEd members. This is a non-residential fellowship. Fellows will work on knowledgeable research related to education that used an appropriate research design and method to collect and analyze the data.
Stipend: Fellows receive $70,000 for one academic year, distributed in two installments
Research must be relevant to education. Applicants must have received their PhD, EdD, or equivalent research degree within the last 5 years.
