The John F. Kennedy Library Foundation offers numerous graduate student archival internships for up to 5 months at the library in Boston, Massachusetts. Students can work in the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum's textual archives, audiovisual archives, and museum collections department, among other units. Internships are offered during the Winter-Spring (December 15-May 15), Spring-Summer (May 15-August 15), and Summer-Fall (August 15-December 15). Students gain experience in a Presidential Library while contributing to the work of the institution.
Internships are offered throughout the year as funds and positions become available, depending on the needs of the staff.
For graduate students. Internships can be either full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (16 hours per week).
