The Chasing Dreams Never Ends scholarship honors international students of Chinese nationality. Nearly 40% of all foreign students attending U.S. universities come from China, making it the United States’ foremost partner in multicultural education exchange.  We’re celebrating these students because, now more than ever, today’s challenges demand collaboration on a global scale. Expanding access to international study doesn’t only unlock socioeconomic mobility; it also brings together our unique cultural strengths, so we can apply them to a brighter future. Students pursuing greatness across all professions and industries are welcome to apply.

Requirements

This scholarship is open to international graduate students with Chinese citizenship admitted to, or enrolled in, a full-time degree program at a U.S. or Canadian school that MPOWER supports. 

You must be permitted to legally study in the U.S. or Canada, as applicable:

• For study in the U.S., this means that the applicant has a valid visa that permits study in the U.S. or is a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder). 
• For study in Canada, this means the applicant has a valid Canadian study permit. 

You do not need to be an MPOWER borrower to apply.
